Nathan grew up and spent most of his youth in Huron County, Ontario. Raised on a hog farm with cash crops and long days running equipment, he developed the values and deep understanding of what it truly takes to be part of the farming industry. Agriculture has shaped who he is from the very beginning. Today, he calls Norfolk County home, known as Ontario’s Garden, where he and his family raise turkeys and continue building their agricultural roots.
Nathan’s background is diverse and hands on. From working with livestock and repairing and operating equipment, to professional motocross racing, running a turkey breeder operation, and starting an excavation business installing septics, every chapter has strengthened his resilience, accountability, and problem solving skills. His transition into poultry feed sales further strengthened his relationships within the farming community and deepened his understanding of what farmers truly need to succeed.
Agricultural real estate was a natural next step. Years of studying land values, building costs, and quota values, along with operating his own farm alongside his father, gave him valuable insight long before he became a licensed agent. His curiosity about farms and genuine passion for the industry led him to join the FarmOntario team.
Nathan understands the realities, pressures, and emotions that come with farming because he lives it every day. He knows that farms are not just properties, they are businesses, legacies, and a way of life. His goal is always to guide clients with integrity, fairness, and a sincere desire to see them succeed. Nathan sees potential, treats everyone with respect, and brings a strong agricultural foundation into everything he does.
When he is not working, he is spending time with his family. You will often find him mountain biking, riding motocross, doing chores on the farm, or enjoying the outdoors.
Nathan Bles is proud to be part of the FarmOntario team and looks forward to helping you take your next step with confidence.
